Formed in 1914, the original structure of the Faculty of Arts, known as Devalaya, always has this mysterious power over me -- it's merely like a lady with an enigmatic beauty that makes you pause and want to look at her just again and again.
I really got the chance to take some snapshots of the building just recently after I finished my MA. There is a myth among the Arts students -- heard since my BA freshmen year -- that you don't ever take a photo with the Naga at the building, otherwise you won't be graduated. Although I didn't take any photos with the Naga, I didn't even dare taking any shots of the respected building -- to play safe! -- until I've had the degree in my hands!
